What is CloudRemedy?

CloudRemedy is a Cloud Security Posture Management solution. It helps protect against misconfiguration and meet compliance requirements. The tool also offers visibility into your inventory in an intuitive way.

What public cloud platforms are supported?
Currently, CloudRemedy supports only AWS. Azure and GCP are on our roadmap. If you have any specific requests, we are happy to prioritize. Let’s chat.
What services are supported?
We support several services and we are constantly adding support to newer services. Please visit the documentation page to get the latest list of supported services.
Does CloudRemedy install any 'Agents' in my environments?
CloudRemedy does not require any agents to be installed in your environment. CloudRemedy relies on read-only API calls and events to do it’s magic.
How many AWS Accounts can you support?

CloudRemedy can be configured to monitor any number of accounts you operate. You can add the accounts to be monitored via the Settings interface of the tool’s console.

Does CloudRemedy detect issues in near Real-Time?
Yes – CloudRemedy detects events in near-real-time. An event-driven architecture enables CloudRemedy to detect and respond to the changes in near-real-time.
Why cant I just use AWS Config?

CloudRemedy comes with the ability to meet compliance standards which AWS Config does not offer. Further, CloudRemedy comes with a specialized and managed ruleset defined by Security SMEs. Simply put, we do the heavy-lifting for you, so that you can focus on your core business.

Are you a Cloud Security Posture Management Solution?

Yes – CloudRemedy in its current avatar is a Cloud Security Posture Management solution. We obviously have grander designs and we are happy to chat about it.

Does CloudRemedy support custom misconfiguration detection policies?
Yes, absolutely. Our Customer Success package is made available to meet your custom needs for such requirements. Please get in touch with us and we’ll get you set up.

Can you help me understand your billing/pricing model?
The billing model comprises of two aspects – infrastructure cost for your dedicated instance plus the license fee. This model ensures that you pay only for what you use and helps us in making the tool accessible to businesses of varying sizes.
How do I reset my user password?

Its simple: visit the login page, click the ‘Forgot Password’ link just below the login dialog and you should receive a reset code from Amazon Cognito. Use code and follow the on-screen instructions on login page.

Do you offer multi-factor-authentication?

Yes – you can enable multi-factor authentication for your accounts. We offer this as a standard without any forced upgrades to expensive plans.

How do I enable my AWS accounts for CloudRemedy use?
You can configure the AWS account you want to monitor from the Settings Page.  You can add multiple accounts by clicking on the ‘Add more accounts’ button.
How do I cancel my subscription?
While we hate to see you go and we’ll do our best to address your feedback or concerns. That said if you still wish to move on – we totally understand. Please contact us over email – we’ll stop the renewal of your subscription at the end of the current billing cycle.
